Navigating insurance eligibility and benefits can be very confusing and stressful. The AQUILA staff can help you make sense of this complicated process.
AQUILA works with most insurance carriers.
Depending on your plan, being "in-network" means your out-of-pocket cost may be limited to just a co-pay.
If you have an insurance plan that has an "out-of-network" benefit (sometimes referred to as a PPO or an Open Access plan), your out-of-pocket cost may be higher, but we will work with you to limit your cost. Some of the companies that we work closely with on an out-of-network basis are:
- United Healthcare (GEHA)
- Value Options
- Blue Cross Blue Shield (FEP, PPO)
- Aetna (all plans)
Some clients make the decision to "private pay." There are advantages to this option, which we will be happy to discuss with you.
Sorry, but we do not accept Medicaid or Medicare.
